Sandeep Shah

Mr. Shah is a founding partner of Shah Sheth LLP. Prior to founding Shah Sheth LLP, Mr. Shah was an associate at three large national law firms – Littler Mendelson in Century City, California and Greenberg Traurig in Santa Monica, California – where he practiced Employment and Labor law, and Buchalter Nemer in Irvine, California where he practiced Business Litigation. His experience in Employment matters includes harassment; wrongful termination; retaliation; invasion of privacy; wage and hour law; and age, sex, and pregnancy discrimination. Mr. Shah represents both entities and individual plaintiffs and defendants in various employment disputes.

Mr. Shah has since expanded his practice to include, and has gained extensive experience in, Personal Injury law, including automobile accidents and slip and fall injuries, as well as Estate Planning, consisting of the preparation of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, health care directives and other related documents.
