Sapna Jain

Sapna is an associate at Helton Law Group, A.P.C.  Her practice focuses on health care litigation on behalf of acute care hospitals regarding contracts and reimbursement disputes.  Previously, Sapna was an associate with Tyler & Wilson, LLP where she represented skilled nursing facilities in administrative hearings and appeals arising from citations, surveys and complaints.

While in law school, Sapna clerked for the Department of Managed Health Care working with licensing and regulatory compliance matters.  She received her B.A. in psychology and health administration from the University of Southern California (2005) and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (2008).  This is her third year on the Foundation Board and is looking forward to another successful year for the organization.
