SABA-SC and SABA-Public Interest Foundation are looking for motivated individuals to join their Boards.
SABA-SC serves as a voice for the South Asian legal community in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Our board members mentor new lawyers and law students, organize events, collaborate with other bar associations, and support the South Asian community (among other important causes). Our Board members range widely in their practices and years of experience. All are welcome to apply, and we are especially encouraging Orange County residents to apply this year for our inaugural Orange County sub-Board. Our term runs from March 2019-February 2020. SABA-PIF organizes, supports, and promotes public interest for the South Asian community. Board members are responsible for the Annual Public Interest and Installation Dinner, reviewing grant proposals, and awarding grants. Our term runs from March 2019-February 2020 (except the President Elect position which will continue until February 2021).
