Pooja PatelPooja V. Patel represents employees in labor and employment matters including complex wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination at Lavi & Ebrahimian, LLP. Pooja has experience representing both employees and small businesses in labor and employment litigation and non-litigation matters. Pooja has been an active member of the South Asian Bar Association since law school. During law school, Pooja served on the executive board for the North American South Asian Law Students Association.  After returning to California, Pooja joined the South Asian Bar Association of Southern California.

Taiyyeba Safri Skomra is a partner at Stone Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP, where she focuses on investor/entrepreneur immigration, family-based immigration, litigation, and the analysis of the immigration consequences of criminal activity. She is a certified specialist in immigration and nationality law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Taiyyeba is admitted to practice by the States of California, Illinois, and Washington, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College, magna cum laude, and from the University of Washington School of Law.
