Pooja Patel
A California native and Cal State Long Beach graduate, Pooja Patel moved to Cleveland, Ohio to attend Case Western Reserve University School of Law. In law school, Pooja served as the Secretary for the North American South Asian Law Students Association, participated in the Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team, and was a senior editor for the Law Review. Pooja is currently an Associate at Best Best & Krieger LLP in their Riverside office. Her practice focuses on labor and employment matters. She has represented private and public entities through all stages of civil litigation and also provides pre-litigation advice and counsel.
When she’s not working, Pooja enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and anything that involves her dog, Aspen. Pooja is an ordained minister and has officiated two ceremonies for her friends.
Pooja previously served as the Community Engagement Co-Director for SABA-SC and now serves on its Executive Board as Treasurer.
