The South Asian Bar Association of Southern California (SABA-SC) is looking for attorneys to serve as mentors in its Mentorship Program, which will launch on October 22, 2019 at the annual Mentorship Reception at Nixon Peabody.
The Mentorship Program matches both students and junior attorneys with experienced attorneys according to geographic proximity and/or practice area of interest. After the Reception, which serves as a first meeting, mentors and mentees can connect in informal settings to get to know one another over the year.
SABA-SC recognizes the importance of mentorship in our community, and hopes to foster these relationships through the Mentorship Program. We encourage all interested attorneys to share their knowledge and support by serving as mentors. The Program has been rewarding to both mentors and mentees, with many of the Program’s participants finding employment, guidance, and meaningful friendships that have far outlasted the program!
